Meet Dr. Teofilo Sanchez III
Dr. Teofilo R. Sanchez III is a native San Antonian. He strives to create a practice environment & philosophy of healing for each of his patients. He aims to treat everyone with a variety of top-of-the-line medical techniques & technologies.
As an integrative medical specialist, Dr. Sanchez employs an approach to care that puts the patient at the center & addresses the full range of physical, emotional, mental, social, spiritual & environmental influences that affect a person’s health.
Employing a personalized strategy that considers the patient’s unique needs, this approach uses the most appropriate interventions from an array of scientific disciplines to help people regain and maintain optimal health.
Teofilo attended Jefferson High school in San Antonio and graduated in 1990. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Incarnate Word in San Antonio & then went on to earn his medical degree from the University of Texas in Houston & graduated in the year 2000. Dr. Sanchez completed his residency in family medicine in 2005.
Dr. Sanchez stays current in the medical field through his memberships in several prestigious medical organizations. He is a professional member of the International Association for Physicians in Aesthetics Medicine & the National Association of EMS Physicians.
In addition to his private practice, Dr. Sanchez serves as the ER Director of Southwest General Hospital in San Antonio, Texas as well as the EMS Director of Kinney & Val Verde Counties in Texas. He became a board-certified fellow in anti-aging medicine with the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine.
