How Long Does It Take To See EmSculpt® Results?
We recommended undergoing a series of at least four EmSculpt® sessions spaced two to three days apart in order to see results, but this can change depending on your desired goals. You will begin to see and feel your results as soon as you complete your final EmSculpt® treatment. You can expect these results will continue to improve in the following weeks.
How Long Do the Effects of EmSculpt® Last?
EmSculpt® results are long-lasting but not permanent. The fat loss and muscle growth that comes with EmSculpt® should last around six months to a year, depending on your diet and lifestyle. For the best chance at maintaining your EmSculpt® results, it is recommended to receive follow-up treatments every 4-6 months.
Is There Any Downtime With EmSculpt®?
EmSculpt® is a minimally invasive procedure that does not require any downtime. After you complete your 30-minute session, you are free to return to your day. It is normal to feel slightly sore where treatment took place, but this will quickly subside.

Who is a Good Candidate for EmSculpt®?
If you are looking to lose fat and increase muscle mass, you may be a good candidate for EmSculpt®. The ideal EmSculpt® candidate is fairly active, has a healthy diet, and is close to their ideal body weight. A BMI (Body Mass Index) of 30 or below is considered optimal for this treatment.
If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have a history of cardiac issues, you may not be an ideal EmSculpt® candidate.
