Emsculpt® San Antonio

How Much is Emsculpt®?

Exercise decreases fat and tones the muscles through contractions, minor tearing, and repair. The process is done by pushing your limits. We stretch after workouts to help reduce lactic acid and soreness for the next day.

With Emsculpt®, Alamo Ranch Laser Aesthetic helps patients tone their muscles where their workouts and diet have failed.

What is Emsculpt®?

Electromagnetic pulses in Emsculpt® treatments trigger supramaximal contractions, which are intense muscle contractions. Emsculpt® causes your muscles to contract approximately 20,000 times in 30 minutes. This level is unachievable during any regular workout routine.

During your session, you’ll go through three phases. The first phase involves warming your muscles up through moderate contractions. The second phase pushes your limits into more intense contractions. The third phase slowly pulses to flush out toxins and lactic acid. The third phase allows you to return to your day with no downtime.

What Should I Expect from Emsculpt® Treatments?

There is no preparation required for Emsculpt®. Once you arrive, you will be brought to a room to begin the hands-free treatment. The attachments are strategically placed and activated to start your “workout.”

You’ll begin to feel moderate to severe contractions. If it is too intense, please inform your provider, and they can adjust your settings. The entire treatment lasts 30 minutes.

You may experience mild swelling and redness that subsides within a few hours. You should feel no discomfort after the treatment. Results are immediate, but final results appear a few weeks after your last treatment.

Should I Get Emsculpt®?

Emsculpt® is a non-invasive body contouring technique, meaning most people are good candidates for the treatment. Ideal candidates are close to their ideal body weight and want to sculpt specific areas that are unresponsive to their exercise routine.

If you are pregnant, suffer from a chronic medical condition, or have a metal or electronic device implant, you may not be a good candidate for Emsculpt®.
